To book a cherry picker, scissor lift or mobile crane with or without operator simply call 01527 575553. We accept pre-payments by bank transfer or cash payments on the day(s) of hire. In either case a receipt will be provided.

Yes. We have public liability and damage insurance policies in place.

Yes we do. If you need a cherry picker, scissor lift or mobile crane at a certain time, we can make sure you have your machine when you need it.

You can operate the platform yourself, as long as you comply with our insurance obligations and undertake the appropriete training with us.

Yes we can. A site surveyor will provide you with expert knowledge and ensure you have the machine most suitable for your needs.

You should consider the following before booking with us:

• What is the access like between the drop off point and working location?
• Are there steps or pinch points along the way?
• Do you have a floor or ground with a specific weight restriction?
• Be aware of any underground services to bring to our attention.
• Check for cables overhead.

Under UK law, access platforms must receive a LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998). They must be thoroughly examined at least every six months by a competent person. Our machines will clearly show they comply with this test.

Yes. All Up4Hire operators and maintenance staff hold industry recognised IPAF licenses. They can operate powered acess platforms safely and comply with regulations to ensure your safety and ours.
